Derek Noyes during a formal change of responsibility ceremony here at Carlisle Barracks, July 17, 2026. The ceremony marked the official transfer of the unit's colors and military authority. Noyes assumed the role of senior enlisted advisor for Army University after previously serving as the division Command Sgt. Maj. for the 1st Infantry Division at Fort Riley, Kansas.
