Marines with 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, patrol the outskirts of combat town aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, N.C. during an amphibious operation training exercise July 24, 2013. Marines and equipment were transported from the USS Wasp to Onslow Beach on hovercraft also known as landing craft air cushion vehicles.
