An F-15 Eagle, from the 142nd Fighter Wing, Oregon Air National Guard, flies over northeast Kansas after receiving fuel from a KC-135 Stratotanker assigned to the 22nd Air Refueling Wing, McConnell Air Force Base, Kan., July 23, 2013.
