PANAMA CITY, Fla. (June 26, 2026) Naval Support Activity Panama City Morale, Welfare, and Recreation recently held its annual Independence Day Bash this year in celebration of America's 250th birthday. Personnel from across the installation, their families, and members of the community gathered for an evening filled with games, music, and food that was capped off with a fireworks display over St. Andrew's Bay. America is a maritime nation and for over 250 years the Navy has sailed the globe in defense of freedom powered by our most valuable asset: our people. Events like the Independence Day Bash give our personnel a moment to relax and reflect on their role in our collective success as an organization.
