U.S. Airmen from the 911th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron load simulated patients aboard a C-17 Globemaster III at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, June 25, 2026. The 911th AES Airmen loaded the simulated patients on the C-17 after a flight where they performed training aboard a French A400M Atlas during an engagement between the Air Force Reserve and the French Air and Space Force as part of the Reserve Allies and Partners Program. RAPP is the Air Force Reserve’s framework for strengthening relationships, interoperability and shared understanding with allied and partner reserve forces. RAPP is built around four lines of effort: key leader engagements, military-to-military exchanges, subject matter expert exchanges and professional development.
