U.S. Soldiers with the 299th Engineer Company from Fort Belvoir, Va., under the 463rd Engineer Battalion, 411th Engineer Brigade, place an Improved Ribbon Bridge Raft on Big Sandy Lake to move it to shore at Fort McCoy, Wis., July 17, 2013.
