An Australian S-70A-9 Blackhawk, left, and U.S. HH-60 Blackhawks fly out to sea to drop a rescue raft during Talisman Saber 2013 near Rockhampton July 19. The flight was a trial run and served as practice for the participants involved. Talisman Saber is a biennial training activity aimed at improving the combat readiness and interoperability of Australian and U.S. forces. The Australian Blackhawk is from the 171st Aviation Squadron, 6th Aviation Regiment, 16th Aviation Brigade, Australian Army, and the U.S. Blackhawks are from Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 85.
