QUANG TRI, Vietnam (June 24, 2026) – U.S. Navy Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class Vincent Stanley, an optician technician assigned to Pacific Partnership 2026 (PP26), performs a color vision and depth perception examination for a patient during a PP26 community outreach and engagement event at the Gio Linh Center for Rehabilitation of Children with Disabilities in Quang Tri, Vietnam, June 24, 2026. Now in its 22nd iteration, the Pacific Partnership series is the largest annual multinational humanitarian assistance and disaster management preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Pacific.
