Samoa Prime Minister Tuilaepa and Commander, U.S. Pacific Command, Adm. Timothy J. Keating speak to members of the Samoan press. Keating met with Tuilaepa to discuss U.S. and Samoa relations, to include further developing humanitarian assistance and disaster response capabilities and enhancing civil-military engagements. Keating expressed his appreciation for Samoa's involvement in regional peacekeeping operations. This is Keating's first visit to Samoa as Commander, U.S. Pacific Command.
