    U.S. Navy Sailors assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness Training Command San Diego participate in a mass casualty drill aboard the Freedom-class littoral combat ship USS Fort Worth (LCS-3) during Mercy Exercise (MERCEX) 26-3 in San Diego, June 17, 2026.
