World War II veteran Arthur Rose gives remarks at the Normandy American Cemetery, France commemorating the 82nd anniversary of D-Day, June 6, 2026. We are the last generation of service members who will ever stand alongside those who participated in D-Day, making it our responsibility to carry their stories forward so they are never forgotten.
