U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers from the 349th Field Hospital (FH) evaluate a “patient” during their training at Regional Training Site-Medical (RTS-Med) on Camp Parks, March 20, 2026. More than 130 Soldiers from the 349th FH converged at the installation for their Annual Training from March 18-27, 2026. The training culminated in a large-scale validation of the unit's ability to perform its wartime mission: providing essential Role 3 medical care in an expeditionary environment.
