Chris Cavanaugh, commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, speaks during the change of command ceremony for Submarine Readiness Squadron (SRS) 33 at the USS Parche Park and Submarine Memorial on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, April 30, 2026.
