NAVAL BASE POINT LOMA, Calif. (April 01, 2026) U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officers assigned to commands onboard Naval Base Point Loma stand in ranks during a celebration ceremony for the 133rd Navy Chief Petty Officer birthday at the Roncador Memorial, April 1, 2026.
