Petty Officer 2nd Class Victor Castaneda, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 17's "Tiger Team" nails the floor sections of a sub-floor addition for a Marine Corps SYSCOM building. The Tiger Team is comprised of highly skilled Seabees with tools and materials who perform quality of life, safety and force protection upgrades to remote Marine outposts. NMCB-17, also known as the "Desert Battalion", is deployed to Iraq and other areas of operations supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom.
