The event sought to strengthen the bond between the community and the Navy while showcasing the uniqueness of the Navy in Norco – advanced, 21st century technical capabilities headquartered in Horsetown U.S.A., a term trademarked by the city to describe the equestrian lifestyle of Norco’s semi-rural community.
