U.S. Army paratroopers with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, establish their tactical headquarters with the “FUG6,” a Gator utility vehicle during Joint Operational Access Exercise (JOAX) 13-03, at Camp Mackall, N.C., June 22, 2013. The unit created “FUG 6” to provide a mobile platform with communications equipment for the command team after an airborne assault into an austere environment. JOAX is designed to enhance cohesiveness between U.S. Army, Air Force and allied personnel, allowing the services an opportunity to properly execute large-scale heavy equipment and troop movement.
