U.S. Army Maj. Timothy Cross, left, a chaplain, and 2nd Lt. Sean Chambers, a military intelligence officer, both assigned to the 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, set up a tactical satellite radio to contact subordinate units while establishing a field headquarters, during Joint Operational Access Exercise (JOAX) 13-03, at Camp Mackall, N.C., June 22, 2013. Members with the 2nd Brigade Combat Team conducted an airborne assault into Camp Mackall during JOAX 13-03 to ensure the brigade maintains its capability as a contingency ground element of the Global Response Force.
