Maj. Gen. Raymond C. Fox, commanding general, II Marine Expeditionary Force Fox participates in the ceremonial wreath laying in memory of all service members lost during the Battle of Belleau Wood at the Belleau cemetery, France, May 26. Fox spoke during the ceremony as the American guest of honor and also met with French locals and officials after the event in honor of traditions intended to memorialize those lost during the Battle of Belleau Wood.
