Brian LaRoche, deputy commander of Naval Surface Force Atlantic, returns a salute from Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Genevra Wilson, a reservists assigned to the Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Vella Gulf (CG 72).
