U.S. Army Human Resources Command chief of staff, Jim Bradford conducted a question-and-answer session with HRC’s Civilian Information Council, Apr.10, to discuss changes to the DoD Performance Management and Appraisal Program (DPMAP). Bradford is the command’s first-ever Department of the Army civilian to hold the position of chief of staff.
