The Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, responds to a question from an intelligence Marine assigned to I Marine Expeditionary Force during a visit to the I MEF Intelligence and Operations Center at Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, April 3, 2026.
