Dr. Andre Stridiron, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command J7 Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) Program Manager, speaks at the Pacific Operation Science & Technology Conference in Waikiki, March 10, 2026.
