U.S. Marines with Marine Corps Recruiting Command gather with coaches following the Marines "Fit To Win: Morning Workout" session during the 2026 Women’s Basketball Coaches Association Convention in Phoenix, April 3, 2026. Marines host Fit to Win sessions as a way to connect with coaches on a deeper level by exposing them to physical fitness and leadership training. The partnership between Marine Corps Recruiting Command and WBCA is designed to help connect Marines with coaches, so the coaches return to their schools and communities better equipped to tell the Marine Corps story, ultimately becoming cornerstone advocates.
