A hand peddled bicycle that belongs to a wounded warrior from the Walter Reed Bethesda Cycling Team sits idle during the morning of the Race Across America held at the Oceanside Pier, in Oceanside, Calif. June 15. Walter Reed Bethesda Cycling Team is made up of wounded warriors from the Army and Marine Corps. The Race Across America is a 3000-mile ride from Oceanside, Calif. to Annapolis, Md. held annual, and is considered one of the hardest endurance sports events in the world.
