Original concept drawings and developmental sketches of the Military Freefall Parachutist Badge, created in 1983 by U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Gregory A. Dailey of 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne), are displayed. The collection shows multiple iterations of the badge design, including early sketches and refined artwork incorporating the parachute canopy, wings, dagger, and star and wreath devices representing advanced qualification levels. These concepts contributed to the final badge approved for wear in 1994. (Photo by Kalani Dailey)
