Lt. Col. Michael Tyson, the former commanding officer of Marine Wing Headquarters Squadron 3 and a Lancaster, Pa., native, and Lt. Col. Shawn Budd, the newest commanding officer of the unit and a Seattle native, salute during the pass in review of a change of command ceremony aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., June 21. After the ceremony, Budd will assume full control of the squadron, its missions and its Marines.
