Fort George G. Meade Garrison Command Sgt. Maj. Richard Moore, Jr., and his wife Jacky Moore, hold a photo of Richard Moore, Sr., in uniform during the Vietnam War. In addition to leading four salutes Sunday, March 22, Moore honored his father (like many in attendance) by bringing a photo of his loved one to symbolically share the goodwill of the community saying - Welcome Home!
