The 203rd Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operational Repair Squadron Engineers Squadron, 192nd Wing, Virginia Air National Guard, conducts its 25th anniversary memorial ceremony March 3, 2026, at the State Military Reservation in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Guard members and families attended the ceremony in remembrance of 18 members of the 203rd RED HORSE and three members from Detachment 1, Company H, 171st Aviation, Florida Army National Guard, who lost their lives when a C-23 Sherpa crashed in a cotton field near Unadilla, Georgia, March 3, 2001.
