Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Joe Davies, middle, observes as service members from the Royal Medical Corps of the Malaysian Armed Forces assist sailors from the Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training (MCAST) Command during a tactical combat casualty care course in support of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Malaysia 2013. More than 1,200 sailors and Marines are participating in CARAT.
