People’s Liberation Army medic treats a simulated casualty June 19 while demonstrating capabilities of the Level 2 hospital in Bangar, Brunei Darussalam, during the Association of Southeast Nations Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief and Military Medicine Exercise hosted by Brunei. The exercise provided an opportunity for partner nations to strengthen relationships and enhance interoperability—further improving the region’s ability to work together effectively to provide multilateral relief and assistance in the event of natural disasters and crises.
