Chief Boatswain's Mate Elias Inoa, assigned to Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training Command, instructs Royal Malaysian Navy Sub-lieutenant Mukhrim on how to maintain positive control of a potentially hostile subject, played by Electronics Technician 1st Class Anthony Nekervis, during a visit, board, search and seizure joint training event as part of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Malaysia 2013. More than 1,200 sailors and Marines are participating in CARAT Malaysia.
