Staff Sgt. Benjamin Spitz, a UH-1Y Huey helicopter crew chief with Marine Light Attack Helicopter Squadron 367 and 27-year-old native of Powell, Wyo., surveys nearby aircraft activity while departing on a maintenance and readiness flight from Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, June 13, 2013. The training was designed to challenge aircraft maintenance crews to maintain the highest possible levels of readiness. A series of 12 helicopters from HMLA-367 and Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 463 participated in the training, including AH-1W Super Cobras, UH-1Y Hueys and CH-53E Super Stallions.
