The aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) and German frigate FGS Hamburg (F220) conduct a replenishment at sea in the Mediterranean Sea. Hamburg is deployed with the Dwight D. Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group. Eisenhower is operating in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of responsibility in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts.
