Tobyhanna Army Depot has named its employees of the quarter for the 1st quarter of FY26. Both Pasco Tomaino (right), who earned senior category recognition, and Janice Lyons (left) who attained the junior category honor, were honored for their proactivity and dedication to making Tobyhanna Army Depot a more efficient readiness provider for our nation’s heroes.
