The 228th Chemical Company's convoy comes to a halt as a simulated improvised explosive device sends up a cloud of talcum powder June 10 in Custer State Park. The 228th participated in a mounted lane, set up by Soldiers of the Utah Army National Guard acting as opposing forces, setting the roadside bombs and engaging the soldiers with simulated small arms fire as part of Golden Coyote 2013.
