    Majs. Pat Knight and Tony Marante, Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 87th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 3rd Sustainment Brigade, pay their respects to Staff Sgt. Jesse Thomas, during a memorial ceremony held June 15 at Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan. Thomas, 31, of Pensacola, Fla., died June 10 in Helmand, Afghanistan, while supporting Operation Enduring Freedom.
