The USCGC Vincent Danz (WPC 1162) conducted power trials with Coast Guard crew members and Bollinger instructors offshore the Bollinger shipyards in Lockport, Louisiana, Feb. 11, 2026. The cutter is named for Vincent Danz, a New York City police officer and U.S. Coast Guard reservist who made the ultimate sacrifice on Sept. 11, 2001, while responding to the attacks on the World Trade Center.
