Capt. Robert Fink, chief of staff, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), speaks to Ed Farmer, the Chicago White Sox radio play-by-play broadcaster in the second inning of the White Sox game against the Toronto Blue Jays at U. S. Cellular Field. Fink gave the oath of enlistment to 85 men from the Chicago-area, Indiana, and Wisconsin at the 28th annual Chicago White Sox Navy Night before the game. It was also the 28th time the White Sox have sponsored a recruit division at the Navy's only boot camp, Recruit Training Command (RTC) at Naval Station Great Lakes, Ill. (U.S. Navy photo by Scott A.
