Capt. Robert Fink, chief of staff, Naval Service Training Command (NSTC), enlists more than 80 Chicago-area, Indiana and Wisconsin men into the Navy on U.S. Cellular Field during the 28th annual Chicago White Sox Navy Night. Fink served as guest of honor and administered the oath of enlistment to the future sailors. It was also the 28th time the White Sox have sponsored a recruit division at the Navy's only boot camp, Recruit Training Command (RTC) at Naval Station Great Lakes, Ill. (U.S. Navy photo by Scott A.
