Telle announced a major initiative, “Building Infrastructure, Not Paperwork,” for the Army’s Civil Works program, Feb. 23, 2026. In conjunction with the initiative, The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District announced it will seek to leverage technology and to create efficiencies in its regulatory permitting processes and jurisdictional decision making. The USACE Regulatory mission seeks to protect the nation’s aquatic resources, including adjacent wetlands, streams and navigable waters while permitting reasonable development through fair, flexible, and balanced decisions on permit applications for construction, dredging, and other activities in these environments.
