Command Sgt. Maj. Thomas R. Capel, the Senior Enlisted Leader for the International Security Assistance Force, speaks with Spc. Capel served in the U.S. Army for more than 36 years and plans to retire in Fayetteville, N.C. Capel said he may be retiring, but he is not saying goodbye. "I'll always be a soldier," said Capel. "I'll always be glad to pick up the phone, take a call and help a soldier out if I can.
