Soldiers assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 116th Field Artillery Regiment, Florida National Guard, participate in Counter-Rocket, Artillery, and Mortar (C-RAM) and Counter-Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) cross-training under the technical oversight of the 32d Army Air and Missile Defense Command at Fort Bliss, McGregor Range, Feb. 19, 2026. While traditionally a field artillery unit, 2-116 FA Soldiers cross-trained in air defense artillery to master the critical capabilities required for C-RAM and C-UAS operations.
