Romanian Brigadier General Florin Grecu, commanding general for the Romanian Land Force's 81st, delivers a speech welcoming U.S. Marines and sailors with Black Sea Rotational Force 13 to Dej, Romania, for a two-week military exercise during an opening ceremony May 27, 2013. BSRF-13 is partnered with soldiers from the Romanian Land Forces in an effort to enhance interoperability between the forces. During the training Marines and Romanian soldiers will exchange tactical knowledge and experiences. The BSRF-13 is a Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force with crisis response capabilities deployed to the region to enhance interoperability and promote regional stability.
