Darrion Rackley, an Information Technology Specialist (25B) assigned to the 1st Battalion, 178th Field Artillery Regiment; 263rd Army Air and Missile Defense Command, South Carolina Army National Guard, for supporting the Make D.C. Safe and Beautiful mission; Arlington, VA, Jan. 29, 2026. While conducting daily patrols in Washington, D.C.
