FGS Emden, FS Marne, USS Shoup conduct a replenishment at sea

FGS Emden (left), FS Marne (center) and USS Shoup (right) conduct a replenishment at sea in the Arabian Sea. The coalition ships are deployed to the Combined Task Force 150 area of operations in support of maritime security operations. These operations help develop security in the maritime environment, which promotes stability and global prosperity. These operations complement the counter-terrorism and security efforts of regional nations and seek to disrupt violent extremists' use of the maritime environment as a venue for attack or to transport personnel, weapons or other material.
