250215-N-SW048-1259 MEDITERRANEAN SEA (Feb. 15, 2025) Sailors, assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 11, render honors to Cmdr. Wesley Johnson, former commanding officer, HSC-11, on the flight deck of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) Feb. 15. Cmdr. Wesley Johnson was relieved by Cmdr. Brett Ballard as commanding officer of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 11, during an aerial change of command ceremony. USS Harry S. Truman, the flagship of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group (HSTCSG), is on a scheduled deployment in the U.S. 6th Fleet area of operations supporting U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa to defend U.S., Allied and partner interests.
