Senior Chief Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Aircraft Handling) Francis Savage gives an out brief after a hanger bay drill aboard the America-class amphibious assault ship USS Tripoli (LHA 7), Feb. 3, 2026. Tripoli is conducting routine operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
