Nicholson, Commander, Military Sealift Command (MSC), visited MSC Logistics in building W-143 onboard Naval Station Norfolk, Jan. 27, 2026, to meet with department leadership, tour the warehouse, and greet MSC employees. During his visit he had the opportunity to present Tracy Carrington, MSC’s physical distribution manager, a letter of appreciation for her dedicated work and 40 years of government service.
