AGANA HEIGHTS (Dec.17, 2025) – Hospitalman Ojurereoluwa Bamgbade and Hospitalman Golda Viban, assigned to U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Guam, apply a chest seal to a wound on a training manikin during Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training at U.S. Naval Hospital Guam.
